Returns / Exchange Policy 

We accept returns for exchanges on all items that may have been damaged in shipment within 8 business days of the delivery date.  Items will not be exchanged due to size as the chart is posted on each item.  Most items are custom made and cannot be resold.  The product must be returned in its original quality with tags.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Other Notes:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached along with a shipping tracking number as reference.  
• Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed. Once your payment has been refunded, you will receive an email notification.
• Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
